The Ramdeen Group is a specialist transformation advisory founded by Justin Ramdeen, a senior delivery leader with 17 years operating across private equity, investment management, and regulated financial services spanning five countries.
We work where the stakes are highest: multi-jurisdictional, complex integrations, and enterprise transformation programmes where governance has broken down and senior leadership needs control restored.
Our model is principal-led. Justin operates as an embedded delivery partner, not an external adviser, providing hands-on programme leadership, governance architecture, and stakeholder management at the point of execution.
